I had just passed the Jiffy Lube in Easton, so thought I would make a U-turn to see if they could help me. I explained my situation and this lovely employee Devon said that he would help. He kindly showed me where to read the recommended pressure on the inside of my driver’s side door, showed me how to add the air, (he did ALL 4 tires for me), and then how I should keep an eye on it for 5-10 miles out, and then if OK, check again in the morning in case it was a slow leak. He was such a Christmas miracle to me last evening! He refused to take any payment, but I want him to know I was grateful beyond measure. Truly an amazing human who went above and beyond, even so close to the end of the business day during the holiday season. Thanks for the phenomenal service, Devon!

They stripped my bolt for the skid plate. They didn’t tell me anything about it. I found out do to it rattling when going over a bump. Pictures down below

I thought it was a honest and reliable company until recently. I found out that my oil plug was damaged/stripped and that I had been having a little oil leak. Jiffy Lube never told me, not even when I asked. I watched them clean my cover off, twist and turn on my oil plug for a while and they never said something was wrong. They ended up sucking the oil out of my SUV because they couldn’t remove the oil. At the end of my visit I spoke with the manager and he stood there and told me how he performed the job without telling me my oil plug was damaged/stripped and the reason being was Jiffy Lube has done my last three to four oil changes!
