If it were my business, I would have patrons stop at the entrance and then be directed by the staff on which garage door to approach. Alvin was very nice and friendly. He didn't sound robotic when he was explaining the thousands of dollars worth of repairs which could be done on my 2021 Tundra. Thank you.

At that point, it was too late not to have the service done, as the oil had already been drained from my transmission. Additionally, after the service was completed I asked for a printed receipt/invoice again (like was the response at my last oil change) the tech said the printer was broken. They called a "supervisor" over, and his response was the same. This site's management and staff have an integrity problem. I would not recommend this site, nor any other Valvoline station, to anyone.
