Nancy, the manager, was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and talked to me in a way no customer should ever be spoken to. The attitude, the tone, the dismissiveness — completely unacceptable. On top of that, I explicitly told them not to charge me a disposal fee because I’d be taking my old tires myself in the bed of our other vehicle, and they agreed. Instead, they lied, charged me anyway, and then shoved the tires into my trunk without telling me saying they didn’t know where the tires were. The lack of honesty and basic customer respect is shocking. I will never return to this location and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
