  Called in for appointment The scheduled me at 2 When I got there they said they where busy and they would be able to take care of me at 4pm Came back at 4 and they said that they where to busy and wouldn't be able to get me in today that they where too busy and made me loose my entire afternoon

  Had Mr tire in Dundalk MD install 2 tires,4 tpms sensors and alignment my SUV. The day I asked for a quote and the day I dropped the vehicle off for service, the team at Mr tire showed me courteous, respectful and quick service. Although I feel the tpms sensor prices were a bit high, over all I was very happy with them and I'd recommend them to handle your service needs. as well as use them myself in the future.

  My first visit was to have a car inspected, they were fair on the state inspection but when they gave me the estimate for them to do the repairs on 2011 Mazda 3 we paid 1000.00 for her is what I was told. One fog light, drivers lower control arm, rear view mirror, rear sway bar links and the inside trunk light lens. They could do those repairs for the low price of 2500.00 dollars 😂! The parts doing both control arms were less than 500.00 and I had the work done at total tire except for the Mirror and fog light lens 474.00 the rest I did myself. Huge difference than MR Tire with a saving of 1526.00. If your not spending 1000.00 of dollars evwn if you have a appointment , like today I took it back for reinspection they will make any excuse to put last in line and even just not complete the job like today. It was raining at 10 am so they canceled my inspection even though by 11:30 the sun was out and all raid were dry so absolutely no reason that after a week of waiting for this appointment they said so sorry buddy we had other jobs and yours wasn’t that important take it somewhere else. In between these two interactions I was going to Ocean city and my 2500 diesel truck wasn’t riding smoothly so I went to north point MR Tire and asked them to balance all 5 tires and do a alignment I waited all day long never heard anything back from them shortly before closing and by the way, the only reason I go to this place is because it’s within walking distance and I can drop it off and walk back to my house. I walked up to the store right before closing time and there’s my truck sitting outside so I go inside and I had to be at the Ocean that night so I started to raise hell with them about my truck not being done all, sir. We’re so sorry we’ll get it inside and we’ll do it. We’ll stay late and we’ll get it done so they take the truck in the back 30 minutes or so later here comes my truck everything‘s fixed thank you we’re so sorry we didn’t get it done. Everything‘s great. Have a great trip. We’ll see you later 200 some dollars later. I get in the truck to start the drive to the ocean. I got my dog with me. The truck is pulling into the right exactly like it was doing before the tires are still flopping they’re closed and I have no other choice but the drive this thing to the ocean 20 miles outside of Ocean City the belt and the tire that I told them was the worst one the front tire, the belt pops inside the tire, leaving a big divot in the tire and I have to call somebody to come get the truck truck and tow it the rest of the way down to the ocean. I take it to the shop down there. They tell me that there’s no way they could’ve balance that tire because it had a ripped belt in it and that’s why the tire was flopping like it was doing that one of the rims on the back of my truck is bent, and so that tire could not be balanced properly. It was never gonna ride right I needed to replace the rim both my tire rods on the front of the truck are completely ruined. They needed to be replaced. There’s no way they could’ve aligned the truck. It was completely out of alignment when it got there so it said it and the tire rods were all rusted. They said they have been no adjustments made on the tie rods so they didn’t do an alignment this place is without a doubt the worst place mechanic place in Dundalk do not take your car to Mr. Tire.

  Friendly service From start to finish. I think the price was fair and they didn’t try to take advantage of me with additional work that may need to be done.
