  Got my brakes check for the front. The charger was 770.00 brakes and rotors. Went around the corner 265.00 brakes and rotors 1 year warranty. Which place you think i went with. Hmmmm

  Been going here for years but today, when I made an appointment online for the late afternoon, I was told upon arriving that I should have called because they’re busy and weren’t sure if they’d get to it. After thanking them for the “heads up”, I said I’d need the vehicle by closing even if they couldn’t get to it. They actually did the service but were closing without reaching out to me. I showed up about a half hour prior to closing time and it was clear they were not going to call me. No cars on the lot and all bay doors closed, save for one. They seemed surprised to see me. Kinda disappointed, Mr. Tire.

  NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO MR.TIRE IN DUNDALK, MD. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR LABOR ($250 PER HOUR, I WAS CHARGED FOR 4 HOURS WHEN THE WORK TOOK 3) AND SURPRISE THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!! My story: I was recommended by Monroe Muffler on Eastern Ave. to Mr. Tire in Dundalk, MD to install a new OEM blower motor that I had purchased from Kia to be installed, and to investigate what was killing my battery. The blower motor and new cabin filter were installed at a cost of $1,200.00 (labor only for blower). No investigation was done to even diagnose the battery issue. When I took the car home I noticed the cover for the cabin filter was not reinstalled, and the blower, while it runs fine does not push air out through the vents. I can no longer select any position for the air to come out (ie. windshield, floor). I took the car back to Mr. Tire, where I was told my blower was not strong enough to push air out and it was a piece of crap. So they replaced the resister at an additional $350.00, and again told me the blower was the problem. I took the car home and am currently setting up an appointment with Bob Bell Kia to get it repaired correctly, as the battery has died, and a friend of mine suggested the select door sensor may be the issue. I will never go to any Mr. Tire or Monroe Muffler again.

  Will never use the company EVER. This is the second location I tried and it's always something missing, broken, stripped or forgot to put back . Stripped the damn lug said nothing didn't put the cover back on properly and it fell while driving. Spend more time doing work properly rather than gossiping n talking ish about customers. Erdman location won't put the right fluids or forget at their location.

  Went in to get 4 tires and an alignment. I have no complaints and it was a good experience overall. I made an online service appointment 90 minutes ahead of time since I'd be in the area. They asked some basic questions about me, my car, and my needs. Easy and convenient booking experience. After, I got an email confirming my appointment details, and one in which Mr Tire offered to match competitor's pricing. I was greeted immediately upon entry by John, who is clearly built to serve. Super nice, pleasant vibe, and peak service energy. I only interacted with him directly for a couple minutes, but I'm nearly certain I'd trust him with my life, wife, and kids. I had to sit and wait, which wasn't too bad. The customer lounge was small, but it had everything I needed to kill some time - a soft seat, some light refreshments, an outlet to charge my phone, and Chicago Fire on TV. A few minutes after sitting down, I was called to the front desk. They only had 3/4 tires from the set I selected online. No sweat though. John tracked down and quickly retrieved what my car needed from a nearby store. My car spat on that favor by being an old piece o' junk and giving the mechanics trouble when they tried to align the back end. So the back didn't get done, but it be like that sometimes. Like my car, I also can't do all the things I used to when I was younger. John gave me a service summary and some documentation, then I was on my way. It took less than 2 hours from the pull up to the drive off, including my car's insubordination and the extraneous tire track-down time. I know nothing of industry standards or time expectations for these services, but it felt reasonable. Before, my alignment was WAY off. If I went hands-free (not that I would, I'm just saying), I'd be out the lane before 100 yds. I haven't seen an angle that profound since high school math class. My car was going its own way like a manosphere enthusiast. After being serviced, my tires stopped squealing regularly, and it now drives like how I'm holding the wheel. I'm stoked about the substantial improvement. I knew I could trust John. I would definitely repeat re-rimming ratty rubbers at this Mr Tire. If a manager reads this, get my man John some paid vacation. Please. If he already has some, get him s'more. If John IS the manager...then I guess that wouldn't surprise me.
