  I’ve been going to Mr tire for a while now and I can honestly say I never had any problems or issues whenever I go. The employees are nice and very helpful. And John is an excellent employee, he is alway in a happy mood and has a smile on his face. My car got serviced today and he kept me updated on the entire process and he broke down the cost of everything that I wanted to get fixed so I could fully understand it better. You guys better keep him because his is amazing.

  NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO MR. TIRE AND DEFINATELY WONT BE REFERRING NO ONE TO ANY MR. TIRE LOCATIONS DUNDALK AND ERDMAN ARE HORRIBLE. I was referred to Mr. Tire by my finance company because its still under warranty. I called the one on Erdman ave and they gave me an appointment. I went on saturday like scheduled and was turned away and told to go the Dundalk and ask for Al. I went directly to Dundalk and once I told the guy Al I was with Silver Rock his whole attitude changed. He started sucking his teeth saying how long have you had the vehicle? I told him 2 weeks and he stated I should have know this is all the time with them. He then told me to cpme back on Monday at 9. I return Monday at 9 they take my vehicle and call me later to tell me that I will have to take my vehicle to a transmission shop because they couldn't find the issue. I took it to the transmission place and they said all was wrong was the tires were not the same manufacturer and I needed all the same tires. and sent me back to Mr. Tire. I return to Mr. Tire after speaking with them and they told me to bring it back. I take it back to Mr. TIre and was treated like I had no money and was begging. Al was so rude to me, another silver rock customer and a customer who was very nice and pleasant. He told one customer who was very patient that he only had 2 hands and he was onlt one person adn this customer was there before I Got there and his vehicle was ready for 20 mins. He keep saying im the only one here and Im only 1 person. very very nasty attitude. Customer service skills was -10. I was so upset when I left I took my vheicle and went elsewhere. I am in the customer service field and you all should not have people who don't feel like being bothered by his job working with the public.

  I’ve received the worst service from this specific location The African American male managers name was AL. Worst attitude I’ve received in customer service ever. He was very lazy he didn’t want to do anything that concerned his job. Talking about customers to other customers. I won’t ever come back to this location or any Mr. Tire location. If you have warranty don’t come here.

  The young lady at the desk at the Dundalk Mr. Tire is exceptional at customer service. Very polite and always smiling. I’ll go back just because of her. Price was good on the tires. Could have been quicker but hey who am I to complain I don’t do their job!
