We were greeted immediately in a friendly but professional way. We did end up needing a new tire, but he explained why clearly. When I asked the cost of a full set of tires, he said "ma'am, I could not in good conscious recommend that without telling you that your tires are in pristine condition and do not need to be replaced. I will of course put them on if you want them, but I have to be. honest with you." Tire was replaced quickly and well and at slightly below the quoted price. We'll be back!

When I went there to get my car's oil changed, they told me it would cost around $102. I don't know why they charged me more.

- CECinchona ElyseDec 9, 20251.0Let me just say this! Do NOT be taken by this locations 4.2⭐rating. I've been coming to THIS location for 3yrs now ONLY because it's the ONLY location in my area. Also because I purchased the 3yr alignment with JUST TIRES! Having said this let me address ALL the problems with them. 1. You make an appointment (example: for 9am.... Either they'll pull your car around and STILL have you waiting 2.5 hrs+ OR ... They won't pull your car around for TWO HOURS and STILL have you waiting an additional HOUR!). 2. They'll have you waiting for literally NOTHING! Yet you'll see them playing around and joking with one another. 3. They actually get to your car but then will come out with (RANDOM 'broken' things on/in your car) EVEN though you've had a FULL diagnostics with things NOT wrong with your car. Which means THEY BROKE it and blame it on someone else!!! 3. After exposing how something is mysteriously became broke, THEY show NO signs of ACCOUNTABILITY or REMORSE! 4. The things I've mentioned has NOT been just once, twice or three times I've gone through these things MULTIPLE times with them. You talk about great service??? This does NOT reside HERE! I am LIVID!!!!!! I WOULD NOT! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!
