He did not properly install my car battery AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR A TIP. His mistake left my car stranded at work overnight. Once an arrived to have the matter fixed, the store manager accessed the battery and was able to resolve it for me. She did apologize for his behavior and reassured me that no one is to ask for a tip because installing the battery is a courtesy.
