Before I even entered the building, I was treated rudely by one of the associates, Kirk, who is apparently the parts manager and has been working there for five years. There was no effort to be polite or understanding—he simply insisted he was right and I was wrong. I truly don’t understand how this location maintains five-star ratings when the customer service from Kirk is poor and, in my experience, mediocre at best from others. The knowledge base seems to come entirely from the computer system, with little to no actual mechanical expertise from staff. I may give AutoZone another try someday at a different location, but I will not be returning to this one.

I called, confirmed my part was available, went in the store, rep was waiting at the counter, gave him my info, he pulled the part, swapped it out under my warranty policy and said have a good evening! In and out in about 10 mins. Now that's what I call great service!!

I couldn't see out of the window very well and knew I couldn't figure this out on my own. Wyatt saw the puzzled look on my face as I entered the store, kindly greeted me and offered his assistance. He looked up what I needed based on the information I provided but even went out to the truck to confirm the exact fit. Upon check out, he even offered to remove the old and teach me how to put the new one on. Wyatt was very kind, professional, well mannered, and most importantly informative! I cannot recommend the store, my experience, and hope that everyone gets to experience Wyatt's greatness!
