I'm assuming she was the "manager" and definitely suggested I buy a different and cheaper product with no form of empathy. I've been in retail over 25 years and I've never seen anything like it. Over the course of my visit I interacted with three different employees, and every one of them was outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. The first gentleman tested my battery and confirmed what I suspected: It was dying and needed to be replaced. The second lady swapped out the battery quickly and efficiently in about ten minutes. After that, I went back in to purchase wipers, and the third lady not only let me test-fit slightly longer blades (as I’d read online that they could work better for my vehicle) but also helped me install the correct size to save me some time. Tl;dr: This location is excellent. Every staff member I spoke with was pleasant, helpful, and made the experience quick and easy. If you're in the area and need auto parts, you might as well come here.
