  I've had to use the Crofton Enterprise location three times in the past three years and each time, it has been a wonderful experience. Their customer service is exceptional, most recently working with Dylan. The cars are always very clean and they have been able to accommodate my specific needs each time when requesting a car. Highly recommend!

  I received the worst rental car I have ever had to drive from this location. Enterprise should be embarrassed for not having sent this car to auction. The car had cigarettes burn holes in the driver seat, wreaked of cigarettes and the perfume used to cover the smell causing my and my wife’s clothes to stink just from being in true car for five minutes. There was also a hole in the carpet on the floor board, scuff marks all over the hood and the drivers side door didn’t seal properly so you could here air coming into the car which added to the already sensory overload from the smell. The cherry on top was the gas tank wasn’t even full. I should also add that they didn’t get the car I reserved, which I accept as a risk but the reality with this local is that they will let you reserve a car and won’t necessarily do the work to ensure you have a car. Classic Seinfeld bit. They can do the easy part and take the reservation, they just can’t necessarily “hold” the reservation. In an effort to replace the clunker they gave me, I tried to book a new car at the Pasadena location where they accepted the reservation and then later called to let me know they had no cars available. That was when I learned Enterprise’s system is set up to fail customers since they can still accept a reservation without being able to provide a car. They ended up canceling the entire reservation and went with Avis out of Annapolis. They thought it was funny that I called to confirm they had a car after making the reservation. “Of course we have a car, you were able to make a reservation!” Lol, Avis gets it. Prior to Avis coming to my rescue, I tried to do a swap out at BWI per a suggestion from one of the Enterprise employees which in theory was a great idea because BWI is a good sized airport with a huge rental car facility. There were only two tiny cars smaller than a compact. It took some coaxing just to pull the guy away from his phone to even take an interest in my issue. Enterprise has a serious issue with car availability. In the end, I did appreciate the branch manager Jason Shawley who did what he could under the circumstances and refunded the entire transaction. Got me back to zero. Since this was an Enterprise issue, I won’t go back to Enterprise until I can trust they will have the car I reserve and their service improves. This nightmare stole a half a day from me trying to and apparently it’s unavoidable.

  Gave away the car and didn’t call to cancel my reservation. Highly inconvenient considering I booked for a work trip! The manager made an excuse saying he didn’t know until 5 minutes before I got there that they were out of cars. Sorry excuse with no acknowledgment

  Kristina Falletta is extraordinary. She went out of her way to make sure the car I ultimately received was the right fit. She did so in such a caring, compassionate way. If you ever need to rent a car from the Crofton Enterprise, ask for Kristina.
