  The manager, Kevin, was friendly and very helpful. The staff is very nice. They did a great job of fixing my car.

  Customer service counter John is an honest broker who’ll take care of you. He’ll recommend not doing something if it makes more financial sense, he’ll send you to another Mr Tire to get you done sooner if needed. And of course will take care of you at his location. He had me in and out in a little over an hour when I unexpectedly needed service on a Sunday. Too notch

  If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in to get a simple plug/patch for my tire. The young man behind the desk told me it would take about an hour to repair. The hour came and went, than he tells me, I need a new tire, but they don't have my size, but he can order 1 and it will take 2 hours to come. Time came and went, I had to go back to the desk, and ask what the hold up was, he gives me the run around that the driver will be there in 20 minutes, more time came and went, he never check back in with me, didn't say anything, just had me sitting and waiting. So finally he pokes his head in the waiting room, and tells me can they put my tire back on, and that he didn't know what happend to the tire he ordered!! I was there for 4 Freakin hours!! The young man behind the desk didnt offered any kind of solution or alternative to accommodate me, he had me sitting in there wasting my time, for 4 hours! I will NEVER go back to Mr, Tire EVER again, if that young man is the best you have in that location, there needs to be some serious customer service training. They ended up having to put my donut on, and I still have to deal with this tire issue, that could've been avoided with proper communication and better customer service. Your front desk person needs to have better manners and don't tell a customer to calm down, when the Mr. Tire establishment was in the wrong, and Im voicing my concerns, when MY entire day was wasted. Maybe a little less phone time, and more paying attention to his job. This happened 3/19/2026.

  Mr. Kevin was nice enough but you should advise him and all of your employees to quote the ENTIRE cost of service prior to you all starting. I was quoted $296.00 before leaving and when I came back it was over $400.00! Explain EVERYTHING that needs to happen with a service not just the cost of the products. I felt like I got hoodwinked but its cool. I just wont be a returning customer due to the dishonesty. Thank You
