Although LMT cannot carry the variety of replacement wipers required for my 2013 Outback (due to unique attachment mechanism), the friendly clerk told me exactly what to ask for at a nearby shop and offered to install them for free. I brought the blades back to LMT, where the clerk quickly installed them and made sure they worked perfectly—all at no charge. Thank you, LMT!

LMT can handle a variety of makes and models. They always do good work at a fair price. Replaced the coolant reservoir on our Mercedes ML 350 for significantly less than the MB dealer quote.

Also as far as your alignment goes we told you multiple times your truck was to large for our alignment rack and we would be able to do a tow and go for you. We mentioned you should bring your truck to a truck shop to have the alignment properly done. We also gave you lug nuts for when you were in for inspection and helped you out. If you believe there is an issue you are more than welcomed to stop by and talk in person. Miguel Curbelo Local Guide·8 reviews·2 photos 8 months ago I took my 2023 Camaro SS 1LE to LMT Auto Repair for a Maryland state inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. … More LMT Auto Repair (Owner) 8 months ago Thank you Miguel! We greatly appreciate the review and are always grateful for your business! christopher mercier Local Guide·27 reviews·21 photos a week ago New 1. Lack of Transparency on Alignment Service At no point during my initial visit was I informed that the alignment would be a "toe and go" service. Had that been disclosed, I would have declined the alignment altogether. I expect full transparency when it comes to the scope of work being performed. 2. Questionable Alignment Capability and Technician Competency My truck is a single rear wheel 2500 — not a dually. I've personally aligned 3500 dually trucks on a rack, so I’m well aware of what’s involved. I’m not a typical customer without mechanical knowledge; I’ve worked as a Dodge mechanic and currently serve as a mechanic in the Army. If your equipment can set toe, it can complete a full front-end alignment. The only explanation for not doing so is either a lack of technician training or a rushed, incomplete job. 3. Improper Wheel Installation and Safety Concerns When the vehicle was returned to me, the driver-side rear wheel had a snapped lug nut — which was intact prior to service. Additionally, the passenger-side rear wheel had two loose lug nuts. This is a serious safety issue. It appears proper torque procedures were not followed. Please verify whether your technician used a torque stick or torque wrench, as this oversight could have led to a dangerous situation on the road. Save yourself the trouble—have another shop do your repairs. to the shop owner. The proper action would of been to acknowledged your guys failed a customer. reached out in concern and fixed the issue. But some owners care more about money than doing business ethically. Look into the details. that stated free lug nut was actually a wheel lock. that wheel lock was the only reason I had to returned to your shop to get the rear tires installed. leaving lugs nuts loose has nothing to do with one bad lug nut or stud. Its just lack of care.Taking the time to reach for a torque stic in the shop is too easy.
