- DBDa'sher BrownApr 5, 20261.0I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and as a direct result of your service, my vehicle has sustained significant damage. There is oil spilled across the exterior of my car, and more concerning, oil is actively leaking inside the vehicle onto recently installed brakes and rotors. This has caused those components to malfunction, as evidenced by the persistent squeaking, and has compromised their safety and performance. Additionally, something underneath my vehicle has been broken during your service and is now hanging down, rendering the vehicle unsafe and undrivable. This further demonstrates a serious lack of care and professionalism in the handling of my vehicle. This situation constitutes clear negligence and a failure to exercise reasonable care in the servicing of my vehicle. I expect immediate remediation, including a full inspection, repair or replacement of all damaged components, and thorough cleaning of the vehicle at no cost to me.
