Tech didn’t reinstall any of the 8 windshield cowl connectors under the hood. Had to schedule a warranty appointment to get the job completed correctly. Safelite corporate adds a $40 recycling fee that you can’t decline when you checkout.

The gentleman was prompt with my check-in as soon as I arrived and gave me a walkthrough of what would happen and how long it would take (newer vehicles with cameras require recalibration after a new windshield is installed). The estimated time for repair was 3 hours but it was completed in about 2. The lady at checkout gave me a thorough rundown of proper care for the new windshield to ensure I didn't damage the sealing. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely go back to this Safelite location if I need a window replaced (although I would prefer NOT to crack my windshield again!). My replacement was completed a few weeks ago and I have had no issues.
