I came in to get my tires changed and an alignment, and the entire process was fast, smooth, and handled with real professionalism. Darnell and Anaya were exceptional. Darnell was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything clearly. You can tell he knows his work and genuinely cares about making sure customers understand what’s going on with their vehicle. Anaya was patient, polite, and friendly from start to finish. She made the whole experience easy and welcoming. Before coming here, I went to several other shops nearby and got the runaround with pricing and zero personality. NTB was the complete opposite. Straightforward, honest, and customer‑focused. I also got a great deal on my services and left very satisfied. Because of how well I was treated and the level of care they showed, I’ll continue doing business with this NTB location. Highly recommend Darnell, Anaya, and the Oak Hall Ln team.
