  I had the tires changed on one of our fleet Vans at the Baltimore Pike location on yesterday, I told the tire monitor light was on and it wasn’t on before they replaced all the tires, they told me I needed to just drive it. I drove it 25 miles and the light was still on. I went back there today, they took in the shop for about 30 minutes and said it was taken care of and i just needed to drive it now. I drove it about 25 minutes to the Columbia location and the light was still on. I was very frustrated when i arrived. I spoke with Darnell and told him the situation. He told me to pull around back. He got his guys to look at it and with confidence the young told me he would take care of it. In about 15 minutes they relearned and set all the new tires correctly and the tire monitor light is off! Amazing job here at the Oak Hall location. Thank you Darnell and your team. I highly recommend them!! Great job!

  Darnell and the rest of the staff at this location are exceptional. Treated me fairly, gave my car everything it needed within my budget and were very professional and communicative. Also would like to shout out Chris as well. 10/10 recommend this NTB location.

  Great customer service from start to finish. I came in for a tire patch after picking up a nail. I was able to set an appointment easily and was in and out well under an hour. Highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire needs.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at the NTB location on Oak Hall Lane. After being turned away by another NTB location just around the corner—who wouldn’t even take my car into the shop to inspect my tire—this team completely restored my faith in customer service. From the moment I arrived at the Oak Hall Lane location, the difference was clear. Within 10 minutes, they had already taken my car into the shop to inspect the issue. No hesitation, no excuses—just genuine willingness to help. That kind of responsiveness and professionalism goes a long way, especially when you’re dealing with a car issue and feeling stressed. The staff was respectful, efficient, and clearly cared about taking care of me as a customer. This location showed what great service should look like, and they earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend the NTB on Oak Hall Lane if you want to be treated with courtesy and have your concerns taken seriously.

  Listen y’all — when I tell you they go ABOVE and BEYOND, I mean it! Exceptional service, super patient, and they really work with you to make sure your car is safe and the repairs stay within your budget. They did exactly that for me! They even looked for coupons to help bring my cost down — and trust me, that meant everything because this repair popped up out of nowhere right before the holidays. You know we already be pushing it to the max during Christmas season! 😂 Huge shoutout to Darnell for breaking down the numbers, being kind, and keeping everything honest and respectful. And big thank you to Prakash for thoroughly evaluating my car and catching every area of concern. All the staff were incredibly caring and friendly with my son, too. As a single mom who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it felt AMAZING to walk into a place and not feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. Highly recommend — they truly took care of us!
