And while they still gave me a "free tire" they charged me $977 for 2 shocks and 1 tire. I guess the part that is my fault is waiting this long to get it done. It's just sad that I feel like I was still overcharged. The one thing that was a + was that there was a waiting room and the job was done that day. That being said. I do not think I will he going back.

But my tires were nearly 5 years old and need to be replaced, so Moe did his magic and gave me a price for 4 new tires with all the fixin's, Hazard insurance, 4 wheel alignment. I made an appointment for the next day and left. While I was home, I called around to see if I could find a better deal somewhere else. I had experience with Mr Tire and while they would match the price, I felt Moe and Cynthia at NTB were much more personable and accommodating. When I told Moe, Mr Tire would match, he found a few more dollars he could shave off. I appreciated him trying so hard for my business. So I returned for my scheduled appointment and while I was there I had them change the oil. In all it took a little under 2.5 hours. Everyone was very nice. Car drives great. The waiting area is comfortable too. Will be back should the need arise. Thanks Moe & Cynthia.
