  All the reviews I read prior to my appointment are correct. The staff are rude, they overcharge and when I called back the day after to confirm my appointment, the person I spoke to did not make the appointment.

  Mr. Kevin was nice enough but you should advise him and all of your employees to quote the ENTIRE cost of service prior to you all starting. I was quoted $296.00 before leaving and when I came back it was over $400.00! Explain EVERYTHING that needs to happen with a service not just the cost of the products. I felt like I got hoodwinked but its cool. I just wont be a returning customer due to the dishonesty. Thank You

Provides great insight on their products and services and are true with estimated wait times. I have always trusted Mr. Tire with all my tire needs and greatly appreciate their professional recommendations.

  Quick, they didn’t have the tire I had under warranty in stock when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Car was ready by noon on Monday. I will definitely be back

  I had a really positive experience at Mr. Tire on Dobbin Ra in Columbia. I initially brought my car in for two new tires and to have a plastic piece underneath the front fender reattached after snow knocked it loose and it was dragging under my car. From the very beginning, the experience stood out. I called several shops to compare pricing, and Mr. Tire was by far the most responsive and helpful. I really appreciated the upfront pricing and the fact that they were able to get to my car the same day, even though they had to order the specific tires I wanted. When the tires arrived, I had a medical emergency with my son and was not sure I would make my appointment. Kevin was incredibly understanding and let me know the latest I could arrive and still have the work completed that day. I was able to make it in time, and they got everything done while I waited. The waiting area is spacious, and the WiFi is solid, which allowed me to get work done without any inconvenience. They also reattached the plastic piece under the car at no charge, which I really appreciated. There was one small oversight. I had asked for a tire to be plugged or patched, and it was missed during the initial visit. However, they immediately took responsibility for it and repaired it at no charge the very next day. That level of accountability goes a long way with me. Overall, I have zero issues with the customer service I ultimately received. They were responsive, professional, and made things right when needed. I would absolutely return here again.
