The reason for the 1 star is they said I needed to break pads and rotors. I declined the service, took it to my dealer and they said my pads had more than 50% left and the rotors were fine... such a scam. Only came here because it was close. Next time, I would rather pay someone to tow is somewhere else.

Thankfully, to my surprise Mr. Tire was open and I was greeted by a friendly customer service rep!! When I returned to pick up my car, the tech determined it was a simple procedure of replacing the valve stem and the customer service rep said “no charge”! I greatly appreciate the gesture and having the work performed correctly, but more importantly I value the integrity and honesty of the Mr. Tire crew! They’ve won my trust and earned a loyal customer.
