- EEEmily1 day ago1.0When I dropped my car off I had cash in my center console under a ton of stuff. I made sure it was buried because I was leaving my car with them. When I got back into my car the cash was in my cup holder. That really creeped me out. When I called the front desk all he said was "yeah, that's really weird" so I didn't even bother to call back when I realized the container I keep my prescriptions in was completely emptied. Really messed up as that included epilepsy medication. This was also under a ton of stuff so they had to really go through everything. To violate their customers is one thing. To steal their prescriptions is another. What a repulsive establishment.

Next morning, 11/6/25, car required tow. Coolant completely empty, smoke from under hood. Three different calls to the manager on 11/6/25 resulted in, “I don’t know, I wasn’t there.” Question any car services provided by this Jiffy Lube location.
