There has only been two occasions where I didn’t get the car that I wanted but the team did their best to get me in a nice rental in a timely fashion. All the customer service team members are friendly, helpful, and kind. The good customer service skills even extend to drivers and car service team members. I extend a plea to the corporate company to give the Columbia MD team raises and bonuses but also that you get them more cars for their fleet! Also, can we please get EV at this location.
