Where shall I begin?!! My contract began on November 25.. I became ill and was unable to take my car to Tri State Collision until last week. Geico stopped paying on December 24. I extended the contract from 12/24 -12/31. I then again extended the contract from 12/31 - 1/7. I initially rented a Chevy Malibu. I attempted to start the car on 12/31. Called AAA, battery was dead and corroded per the AAA driver. (New Year Eve plans, canceled. I was going to Philadelphia. The car was towed approximately 3 hours later. January 1 the office was closed. January 2nd, called and was told I could receive a new car. An employee picked me up from my home. Obviously, the office was aware of my arrival. I waited approximately an hour to receive a car, with a tire pressure issue. Called immediately and was told I could return the car. January 4 returned the car. I waited once again for about an hour. I then was provided a vehicle, with such a strong Marijuana smell it gave me an instant headache. By the time I got home the office was closed. The car would shake when I was at stop light, sign etc. I called once again I was told i would be given a new vehicle. Once again, I go to the office on the 7th. I was then informed that the vehicle I had with the tire pressure issue, was not actually an issue. Your employee put air in the wrong tire. (( Go figure). A new contract was to be written from 1/7 until 1/14. I viewed the contract this evening. I was charged from 1/4 until 1/14. I paid thru the 7th. Again, this needs to corrected.. Issue after issue..

I rented a car for 12 days over the holidays. I had no problem with the car or staff, they were great. I have a problem with spending an extra $200 to allow another licensed, insured driver. I looked further into their fees and noticed a practice that seems to be growing across industries...milking every single dollar possible from consumers. I'll use Costco rentals next time.

Great experience at the Enterprise location in Columbia, MD. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made our trip stress-free. Pickup and return were both smooth and quick. I really appreciated the clear communication and customer service. I would definitely rent from this location again.

I’ve rented many cars through the years but this is the absolutely worst experience ever! I provided all info online before coming in just before the appt time. While at the front desk to check in, the employee took 5 phone calls instead of assisting me. I was in the lobby for more than an hour and was told that no cars were available! (However, I saw a Corolla in the parking lot, ie, the vehicle I reserved.) I was given a more expensive (not clean) large van. The next day I called the office but gave up after being on hold for 39 minutes. Over a few days, three different people said they’d call me but didn’t. No excuse to lie. Employees are reluctant to give their name. No badge. I need a long term rental and will try to find an honest establishment

As a first-time customer at this location, I strongly recommend avoiding appointments scheduled immediately after a holiday weekend. Before making my reservation through my insurance company, my auto body shop advised me to call ahead due to previous customer concerns. I called before Thanksgiving, the day after, and again the morning of my appointment to confirm. When I arrived at the body shop, I called once more. Each time, I was given inconsistent and contradictory information. I was initially told my rental vehicle was on the way, but the representative didn’t verify my identity or seem to have any details pulled up. When I pressed for clarification, the story changed—suddenly they were picking me up instead of dropping off a vehicle, which was not what I had been told. The more questions I asked, the more the answers shifted. It felt like they were trying to deflect responsibility onto the body shop or simply say anything to get me off the phone. Another customer in the lobby overheard my call and shared that she was experiencing the exact same runaround. When the Enterprise employee finally arrived, it became clear they were there to pick up multiple customers, not to deliver any vehicles as several of us had been told. When I arrived at the branch, I asked to speak with a manager. John came out and, while polite, contradicted nearly everything I had been told by his own team over the phone. He mentioned he had only been there a month, had no business card, and the cards on the counter all read “Management Trainee.” While he attempted to take accountability, it was evident that the issues here go far beyond one employee. Overall, this location needs a complete overhaul in customer service, communication, and training. The high turnover and inconsistent information left me feeling like the priority was securing business from the insurance company rather than providing honest, dependable service to customers.
