  I was given a different minivan than the one I specifically chosen ( toyota senna) when I booked it.I was given a crysler with little gas on it and drove less than 10 miles and it is already blinking red to empty. The day of the return , they tried billing me for one more extra day , which is wrong. I returned it on the date stated 4/4/26. They also tried to bill me with the gas but I returned it with more gas on it than it was given to me, which turned blinking red to empty after driving less than 10 miles. They also tried to bill me with extra hours from return, but I asked Aaron, the manager, on the day of pick up as to what time is the return. He said anytime before 2 pm on Saturday 4/4/26, as they close at 2 pm.

  I had to get a rental to go to school while my car gets fixed, after 3 days got T-Boned by a truck that was unlawfully driving in the bus lane (wasn’t at fault). When I told them, they said they’ll tow since the vehicle wasn’t drivable which is part of what my insurance is paying and also being charged with the crash. I was told that it “doesn’t matter who’s at fault there’s still a price to pay”. Then out of no where with no explanation, $600 taken from my credit card. Later on it got solved and got it back, and then took money back again 3 weeks ago due to “charges of it being towed as well” for… $600? Which is literally just the same price I got taken off. You’re not going into detail. I’m hoping that maybe the comprehension of certain things are given to me or maybe they’re telling me in a way that confuses me without intention, but something is wrong here. Please be careful to what is read for documentation. Regardless of what rules, they should tell me the reasoning for taking out my money randomly before I even call them, especially when it takes my insurance. It is now being handled and hoping I don’t hav todo a lawsuit

  Been waiting over an hour for a manager because they confirmed my reservation and don't have the car but would love to sell me another reservation for 150 dollars more.

  Horrible customer service. Called for clarification on needed things for pick up instead got attitude and cut offs. When asked for supervised representative decided to play on the phone and act as manager. If you hate your job just say that, do better I easily took my money elsewhere
