At first glance, you’re not quite sure what to expect, but the space was clean, organized, and had several vehicles available to choose from. I had originally reserved a larger truck, but when I mentioned feeling a little intimidated by the size, Kenneth immediately suggested an option that was a better fit for me and he was absolutely right. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He managed a full room of customers with professionalism and calm, acknowledged everyone, addressed wait times proactively, and stayed attentive throughout. It’s rare to see that level of composure and customer care. They’re also open until 6pm, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this location for your car rental needs.
