Griffin professional, knowledgeable and helpful, Mike a pleasure to work with.
I'm rating my first experience with Sheehy Volvo, because after speaking with a couple of employees, their focus seems to be on customer service.
I'm especially grateful for Aubrey in the parts department. I called him on a Friday afternoon and explained I had a down Volvo and needed a part from the regional warehouse. Aubrey held the parts order until he collected my contact info. This ensured the parts arrival by Tuesday, saving me additional downtime. Sure enough, as he promised, I got a text on Tuesday when the part arrived.
When I need a Volvo dealer, Sheehy will be my first choice.

We went in on quiet Thursday to check out an xc90 or xc60. Lots of help from our sales lady Brooke. No rushing, very knowledgeable about the cars and patient. We were offered a test ride and ended up buying a2025 demo car at a great discount. Traded my car in and got a fair price as measured against Carvana.

We had an excellent experience buying our car here today.
Matthew was outstanding right from the beginning. He was very responsive to emails before we even showed up, answering every question clearly and quickly. When we got there, he stayed just as helpful and professional, and never once pushed us. It made the whole visit feel relaxed.
I also want to thank Mike, the sales manager, for helping us finalize the deal. He was delightful to work with and kept things light and comfortable. He made sure everything moved along smoothly without any hassle.
The entire process was painless from start to finish. We left happy with our new car and with how we were treated. I will definitely be back for another purchase.
Tuesday:
Today I went in for my VIP service. I was accompanied by my husband and daughter. We were waiting for our vehicle to get serviced and instead of playing on my phone I decided to watch the talk show that was on. Soon it ended and another talk show came on. It was the Jennifer Hudson show and it was a special about/celebrating Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The older gentleman named Bob who was at the desk realized what was on the tv and look disgusted and said something under his breathe before quickly turning the program. He seemed pretty irritated/disgusted and I didn't want to make a scene so I waited till he walked away and asked another gentleman if he could turn the show back on because I was watching it, he said of course I could and changed the channel back to the original show. Bob, eventually returned and quickly became outraged and started questioning everyone, when he finally pointed at me, and asked if I changed the channel. I then proceeded to tell him it was me and that I had been watching the show while waiting for my vehicle. He then became even nastier and proceeded to tell me that they are not allowed to watch shows like that,. I asked him what he meant and he replied game shows. I explained it was a talk show not a game show. His response was it is against policy to watch those kind of shows. And if I wanted to watch that kind of thing than I needed to go to over there on the other side of the building. I was in such disbelief I asked my service advisor who the manager was that was over everything/everyone. He directed me to another gentleman who explained who he was. I told him what had happened and he apologized and said that wasn't a policy and that he would deal with it. I am writing because this is something that should never happen this day in age. And if I don't say anything, than I am just as bad as the one committing the offense.
Later that night I was still concerned with what had happened so I wrote corporate, the message above. I get a call the next day from Sheehy, telling me that they heard I was in the market for a new car. Clearly they didn't even read my message.
It is now Friday and I haven't heard anything more on the situation. Instead it feels like it was just swept under the rug.
