  Worked with Jackie Zhang on buying my 2025 Tacoma. He was easy to deal with, communicated well, and didn't apply any pressure throughout the process.   After working with multiple dealerships today, Christina was by far the most respectful, accommodating, and kind. If you every find yourself in need a Toyota in the Baltimore area, ask for her by name! She was patient when the signing process went long, and dedicated enough to stay after hours to help me get into and acclimated to my new purchase.

  I had an excellent experience with my salesman Christos Dudak. Very pleasant, great knowledge on every vehicle in their inventory, and patient. He follows up on emails inquiries timely. From the moment I entered the immaculately clean dealership, Christos was attentive in every aspect. The vehicle I requested was ready for test drive and he offered refreshments. The pre-approval process was a breeze . The credit manager was on point no foolishness. My options on vehicles was clear and tailored to my budget. I test drove several vehicles and not once did Christos rush me or tried to force a vehicle on me. He only showed me what I requested and the trim package I wanted- a sunroof. I purchased a beautiful 2024 Camary SE within budget. I'm so impressed with Toyota Financal VIP package it just makes good sense to purchase it will pay for it self. I highly recommend seeing Christos you won't regret it and "ladies" you will appreciate his charming personality!
