- SGSarah GangiApr 8, 20261.0I went in for an oil change and was told they “couldn’t open my hood.” I was very rudely asked “Well who did you your last oil change?” My reply “Jiffy lube!” So instead of actually trying or offering any kind of solution, they immediately pulled my car out of the bay and sent me on my way. No effort, no explanation, and zero customer service. When I got home, both a family member and I opened the hood with no issue at all. The very next day, I went to a different Jiffy Lube location and they completed the service without any problem. This location is lazy, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to a real mechanic instead.

I hear a very unprofessional tone yell “we closed!!” I was the only car on the lot. They were sitting around smoking. They weren’t busy. They could’ve changed the oil. It’s very disappointing.
