    My Service experience has been great over last year, however today Heather, Jesse and Nicole went above and beyond getting me in for a license plate issue from tow hitch. I cannot thank them enough for being so polite and willing to help. I know how busy they are and it just makes me glad I will be with this Volvo dealer for years to come!

    I recently purchased my second car from Sheehy Volvo in Cockeysville, MD, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and without any of the typical dealership pressure. My salesperson, Griffin, was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. What impressed me most was that he was never pushy—he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right fit. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises or endless back-and-forth negotiations. The whole process was remarkably painless, which is exactly what you want when buying a car. But what really went above and beyond was Griffin’s customer service when it came time to take delivery. Since I had driven to the dealership and was purchasing a second vehicle, I had no way to transport my newly acquired car home. Without hesitation, Griffin personally drove my car over an hour to my house. That level of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile is incredibly rare and truly appreciated.     Bought a CPO XC60 and had a great experience buying my car. The whole process was painless. The buying process took under 2 hours once I had selected the car. They had a strong inventory to choose from and were willing to go above and beyond even beyond the sale. Matthew was especially fantastic - funny, honest, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend - ask for Matthew!

    This dealership has such nice folks working there, from reception to sales to finance and management. They were proactive and attentive with everything, and huge shoutout to Brooke Due for making things as easy as possible to buy a car. We’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years, and this was the simplest one yet. Definitely recommend Sheehy Volvo, and ask for Brooke specifically!

    After expressing interest online in an XC90 a week ago, I received an email from the salesperson promising an update on when the vehicle would be available for me to view. After a day or two with no follow-up, I reached out via email and received no response. I then called the dealership and was finally able to get an update—only to be told that he would have a timeline for me the following day. That was the last communication I received. I followed up multiple times via email with no response. I was fully prepared to purchase an XC90 Ultra trim, with funding in hand, but ultimately chose to buy from another dealer due to the lack of responsiveness and basic customer care. An $81,000 sale was lost simply because of poor follow-through.
