Maybe it’s because the ownership changed? If I had just taken the estimate and gone somewhere else, I would understand, but I went ahead with the repair right away and was still charged. I even spoke with the service advisor and the manager, but they did not offer any credit. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for vehicle purchases or service in the future.

Last time I got my tires rotated and there were scratches on my new rims from this location. Will not be returning, DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
- PRPatrick RAug 3, 20255.0I usually do my own service, and I've changed a lot of oil over the years, but for my GR Corolla the included 20k/2yr service was extensive enough to use the dealer. I just did the oil change 6 months after that service, and I have to say, it has been a very long time, if ever, that I have found both the oil pan plug and the filter to be tightened exactly right after having someone else do it. I had no issues with either, and it is pretty tight in there. Makes me feel better about the rest of the service, and anything else they do. Highly recommended!
