However, working with Jackie Z. on buying my new-to-me vehicle was a pleasure and hassle-free. I would have given him five stars if it hadn’t been for the misrepresentation of the car’s features. The ad indicated it had a roof rack but the car did not. It only had roof rails and I chalk that up to an error on the dealership’s part. But apart from that thanks Jackie for a pleasant experience!

We have purchased from several different Sheehy dealers in the past, so we drove here over 2.5 hours to purchase a used car for my daughter’s first vehicle. Even tho we were very late due to traffic and bad weather, Jackie Zhang, our sales professional, had the car ready to go and was waiting for us when we arrived prepared to help. He was truly incredible to work with and made sure that we understood the history of the vehicle and along with all options we had available to us. Jackie, and the finance manager- Mike, both got us through the deal quickly and efficiently which was greatly appreciated. In the end, we left with a great car at an incredible price.
