FORGET THE COUNTLESS fake reviews they harvest from customers through Google. Manager named Kelly writes a $300 credit for a list of screwups they did on a job for one of our owners vehicles. Come back a little over a year to redeem it on some work one of our fleet vehicles needed and they basically say “we can’t honor this because this manager is no longer here”. They went as far as saying I made it all up and wrote it myself. Terrible practices. They will tell you one price over the phone and after you’re ready to pay tack on several hundreds of dollars. That’s what prompted them to give me the $300 credit in the first place. Avoid at all costs!
