AND the manager was extremely nice and very communicative. He let me know it would take a bit longer due to the short staff on Saturday but they still moved pretty fast for only 2 mechanics working on cars ALL day! Will come back! Finally found a shop I can trust!

- TTTNov 11, 20251.0I was traveling from out of state and a tire light came on so I tried to have a patch done they claimed they couldn't and that I needed a new tire but they couldn't just sell 1 I had to buy 2 so after 3 hours of waiting they charged me 500. Went to leave and my tire light was on so I called because I had a meeting I was already late for and they said bring it back. I brought it back after my meeting and they told me it would take 5 minutes to reset. After 1 hour 1/2 they came and said they had to charge a computer to reset it. Another hour went by then finally they came and said it has to reset on its own and I had to drive it at 40mph for a few miles. I drove it 8 hours home and my lights are still on!! Half the time I was there employees where just walking around talking with each other when there was about 6 people waiting to get service done they hadn't even started. So not only did they not fix my issue but they forced me to buy 2 tires and sensors knowing I had no choice I was 8 hours from home. Overcharged me and made me wait for nothing. Definitely avoid at all costs!!
- AMAli MNov 4, 20255.0My car had been having some issues starting, I stopped by this shop after work to have the staff check out my battery, alternator and starter with their testing device and also clean the positive port since I was unable to take it off myself to clean the left over corroded residue around and inside the ring. The staff tested my battery, alternator and started and they all came back good, they also took the positive port off cleaned it and changed the screw since it had been worn out and wouldn’t open. The staff was very nice and informed me of other possibilities that could be wrong. They did not charge me anything. I highly recommended this shop. Thank you NTB!
