NTB has really reasonable prices and it doesn't feel like you're being "bullied" into getting additional work done. If they find something, they tell you first along with the price and you have "the power of your wallet". I needed 2 tires and an oil change and they found issues with my brakes and brake line needed to be flushed. With understanding the cost of both services, I was able to choose what I could afford. And now I know that once I can afford the new brakes, I just need to come back. I need service like this. (And I don't mind waiting while they work either and i greatly appreciate them taking my car although i was late).
