One day our SUV and another our van. With both days the person at front desk said we would hear back in a couple hours so we went home to wait on the call (we lived a few minutes away from the facility). We never got the call and when my husband checked in after 2-4pm we would get told that either they haven't started or they just started. We had scheduled our appointments for between 10-11am for both vehicles!!! didn't think it would take all day to tend to both our vehicles when we had scheduled our appointments in the morning!!. What's worse is they aren't aware that they can get orders from third-party like Amazon to be delivered to their facility let alone the appointments scheduled through third party. This facility needs to be aware of third party orders/ scheduling, hire more people so we aren't waiting all day for our vehicles, and keep to their word when told when our vehicles should be ready and if not then update of when vehicles would be! I don't for see us ever coming back to this facility unless these changes have been made! The guy at front desk could probably saw I was not happy about it so he was nice to explain the logistics of when ordering tires from third-party the condition it would come in and such.
