- GMGilbert MisterNov 23, 20251.0I wrote one and its gone. You messed my van up and tried to not take responsibility. This location will pay for the repair needed on my van. They stripped out the oil plug then tried to blame it on the last place I took it. I am now leaking oil and wasnt before. While trying to get the information i needed about the damage the manager Robert tried throwing me off of the lot. He continued to change the story of how he found out it was stripped. Also lied about checking my oil level to make sure the van was safe to drive off of the lot. He had me and my family surrounded by a group of men in a threatening manner asking me "what seems to be the problem here". I was there with my wife and three children 2, 3 and 18 years old. Im going to continue to contact the complaint line and the vp until this is rectified.

(I am a women waiting to be taken advantage of w mechanics 😬! -I told them I lost my job, nothing extra, please. They not only changed the oil, as I was able to watch them, they scrubbed my outside windows & somehow made my car sparkle! I got to use my coupon, $10. OFF. I was there for less than 30 mins! So pleased.
