Very disappointing considering a National Tire Chain found it immediately. The service is friendly and the management is unchanged. The labor in the back is clearly a new world and some or many are not taking the job seriously.

When I asked if the two hours was still going to happen, he couldn’t guarantee. He said that winter is their busiest time, and “that’s what happens when you’re number one.” Please don’t promise two hours max if you can’t deliver. It’s pretty easy, just don’t tell the customer two hours max. I ended up wasting two hours.

They put on new tires as quickly as they can. There are places to go, including restaurants and historic railroad remints in easy walking distance. We highly recommend this place for your tire needs.
