  This is a long over due well deserved shout out to the amazing team at the Beaver Dam Road location in Cockeysville, MD. The staff are genuinely nice and extremely accommodating to your needs or concerns in general. I have rented from this location a handful of times and I can honestly say every single experience went just as smooth and hassle free as the last no matter who was working that day assisting me with exactly what I needed in a timely manner with no problems. The manager Emily Pritchett is amazing, very accommodating, great personality, and makes you really feel secure with your total experience from start to finish. Also want to shout out management trainee TJ Sabia, I believe he was the first person to help assist me with renting for my first time at this location. He is very easy to talk to, calm, cool, collected type of vibe which lead to a very good first experience to make me feel comfortable with return back for more rentals several times in the future. Also both of the Johns are as equally good with their customer service and being professional. The car detailing staff also need some well deserved credit contributing to my amazing experiences with being available to come pick me up from my home to bring me to the location and or being generous enough give me the convenience of dropping me off at work a few times to help make my day easier. The staff is also very personable, I spoke with them about trips I went on a few times while using the rentals and it was always a good genuine conversation. I promised them all I would leave this most definitely necessary 5 star review for always doing right by me. I appreciate everyone there and helping me make every experience feel nice, easy, and enjoyable.

  Received a confirmation after reserving a car. Drove 30 minutes and was informed they didn’t have ANY cars available.

  Never had an easy experience dealing with a rental, but at this location everything was great. They are quick, professional, easy to talk to, and made everything flow smoothly. If I need a rental again, this is were I will go.
