Fast and friendly today, probably the friendliest assistant that has helped me in this dealership. I've been coming here for years and always get my oil change and tires rotated. Today was really fast and the assistant was very kind, As was the young man who brought my vehicle back to me sparkling clean.

From the first phone call about setting up a test drive to driving away in my new wrangler I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Don Whites Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Everyone that helped me that day was wonderful, but the rockstar of the show was Christopher C, he was knowledgeable and handled business while all the time making me laugh and making the experience easy and fast, I was driving away in less then 2 hours. If I was in the market again I will definitely be going there. So even if you’re just shopping around make this place one of your stops and ask for Christopher.

Ive dealt with jones Junction for years, today i came to Don whites spoke to Chris and got a great price for my trade a Ram 1500 4x4 Jones wouldn't even negotiate that, even ignored my attempts to negotiate. I got what I wanted and got my for my ram and upgraded to a Ram 2500 without effecting my payments I was making on my ram 1500. Friendly great service chris was upfront I didn't feel scammed at all was honest from beginning with me. I am a person with my guard up with salesman I felt Chris was diffrent and honest and start forward and got me a truck I love and am excited about and not being ripped off for it.
My experience with Sarah as a service advisor was deeply disappointing. She lacked basic courtesy and empathy during our interaction, making the process much more stressful than necessary.
Most concerning were Sarah’s "nasty" and unprovoked remarks regarding another employee, Ja ja. It is highly unprofessional for an advisor to disparage a colleague in front of a customer. These comments were unnecessary, uncomfortable to listen to, and reflected poorly on the company’s internal culture Beyond her attitude, the level of service provided was subpar. Sarah failed to communicate clearly about the status of my vehicle and seemed more focused on speaking negatively about Ja ja than on addressing my service needs. I will NEVER come back to a company who will employ someone with no morals or cares for others around her. And to be very clear ja ja did help me, she was very kind, and helped me every step of the way when Sarah was not to be found at all not even when I came in. Make better choices as to who you choose to employ, slandering another employee is not a good choice, that is all.
