I had recently had a $4k repair for a blown head gasket for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 90days later I again began loosing coolant and upon returning it to JESSICA was told I need a new water pump. When I got back to her the next day a Saturday I researched the repair and also wanted the serpentine belt replaced and the thermostat. She told me she'd have to adjust my estimate and email it to me that night. No email. Monday I called, she was off. Tuesday I called, she told me she was very busy she'd send the email. No email. I called Wednesday, an associate said she was busy with another customer and would call me back. It has now been a full week and I have not heard back at all from JESSICA! Very unprofessional and sadly another expense to have it evaluated elsewhere before it can be repaired. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Tried to get me to pay for services I didn't want & were not in my owners manual. I hate knowing they are trying to swindle more $$ out of you (I've had other dealerships do this as well). It makes me not trust them & the work they supposedly did on my car. Customer service was ok. Just average. No free drinks or snacks offered like at other dealers (just vending machines)

- ASAmanda SmithSep 16, 20251.0worst auto repair ever, I took my vehicle in for regular service, was told I need front and back pads and rotors, I got service done and have been hearing a squealing sound from my breaks ever since , after letting them attempt to fix the issue on three separate occasions I requested a refund was told that was not an option , beside the lack of knowledge to make a simple repair there customer service is garbage I left several voice mails to the owner who has yet to respond. the service manager is incompetent and as well as advisors and techs.
