- AFAJ Friedman2 days ago1.0Nothing like spending your time waiting for someone to help you, when they aren't evening doing anything. Finally when I was asked if I needed any help the less then polite woman gave me even more attitude when I ask for a specific part. I had the part number and photo from AutoZone's web page, in hopes it would make the process easier, however I received shitty attitude and huffing and puffing. The only plus side was they didn't have it in stock so I took my money elsewhere. In the world of online shopping, customer service is even more important than ever. To the employee in the store, you are not the only shop in town. I will continue to shop else where.

Not only was it easy to return, but on top of that, Tyler W. helped me find one that fit perfectly. He installed it for me in the pouring rain without my even asking! I was so impressed by this young man, he deserves a raise!! It is hard to find good customer service, and he really went above and beyond.
