- LLLaTonya6 days ago1.0Did not have a good experience. They showed me I was just $ to them. The customer service was very bad. They changed my appointment time when I was going to pick up my vehicle twice, the day of!! I no longer wanted the vehicle. I am still waiting on a refund that was said to have been done on 4/13. I had to keep reaching out. horrible experience from more than one representative!!!!!!!!!!

The sales agent I worked with was not very knowledgeable and gave me the impression that he did not even want the sale. I was told they could be competitive with other dealerships in the area, but when I sent over the deal I had from another store, they responded rudely and said they would not even entertain it. They had the exact spec I was looking for, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match what you would expect. There are plenty of other GMC dealerships nearby, and I would recommend going to one of those instead. I also dealt with Jerry Herbert, a director at their sister location, and that was just as frustrating. He acted like he wanted to buy my car and help with my next purchase, but instead he wasted over a week of my time, flaked, and caused delays in my buying and trade-in process
