I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I was treated unprofessionally. Upon arrival for my 7:30 AM online reservation, the front desk attendant rudely informed me that appointments were not handled at that time, resulting in my being overlooked twice. When I requested his name, he refused to provide it, stating it was unnecessary. I felt discriminated against and will not be returning to this establishment.

I would not recommend this establishment. I brought my car in on Saturday for an oil change and to have my parking lights replaced. I mentioned the parking light replacement to the front desk guy. He asked me which one was out and I informed him that I was not sure which one but could he have the mechanics check because both were flickering. He said ok. Then after about 2 hours he called me to the front to pick up my vehicle. To my surprise when asking him if my parking light had been replaced, he told me that I didn’t mention it. I was confused as to what he meant because how could I have not mention it if you asked me which one should be replaced? Even after that confusing encounter, I got to my car and it still told me that I needed an oil change. This makes me think that they may have not done the oil change correctly. With all of this In mind, I suggest you looking elsewhere if you want quality service and save yourself the time and frustration.

I was in a jam with 2 flat tires that needed replacement. I called and they recommended a good tow service. When we brought the car in they confirmed Tire choices and proceeded. Completed the install, 4 wheel alignment and got me home before dinner. Great service.

I brought my vehicle in to have tire sensors replaced on my 2012 Lincoln MKX. My vehicle was taken in on time and the installation was completed. Although the service tech couldn't get the computer to read the new sensors, he made every effort to complete the task. I am appreciative of the over effort and I ultimately got the sensors programmed to the car at a certified Ford specialist shop.

I visited Mr. Tire on Tuesday because I had a nail in my tire. I was told the tire needed to be replaced under my road hazard coverage. Although the tire was in stock, I was informed that the shop didn’t have enough staff to complete the work and was told to return on Wednesday. When I returned Wednesday, I was told once again they were short-staffed and had to schedule an appointment for Thursday. I arrived on time for my Thursday appointment, but after waiting over an hour, my car still hadn’t been taken back. When I asked for an update, I was dismissed by the gentleman at the front. About fifteen minutes later, the manager finally came over to ask why I was replacing the tire instead of repairing it—completely contradicting the guidance I was given earlier in the week. The entire experience was chaotic from the start. On Tuesday, Wes struggled to even locate my service record from when I purchased my tires in 2024. He looked under my phone number, name, address, and tag number without success. Thankfully, I had a copy of my invoice in my glove compartment. During this time, Wes’s attention was constantly divided—answering calls, helping a new employee, and running to the back—making the process disorganized and frustrating. I spent 45 minutes that day only to be told to come back tomorrow. In total, I made three visits for what should have been a simple tire repair or replacement. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for customers’ time at this location is unacceptable.
