When I went in to get the car, I had another positive encounter, this time it was Immanuel who was awesome to work with. My only delta would be the number of staff working. Because the process takes so long there should ALWAYS be at least three people on a shift. Two to assist and one to fill in when one of the two goes on a break. Good job guys!
