  I made a reservation on February 25 for a noon pickup on February 27. That morning, I called to ask about picking up early and was told to keep my original time because the car wasn’t available yet. At 12:02 pm-'after my reservation time had already started--they called to say they had no cars available at all. I received no prior notice. I was told they’ve been warning customers about inventory issues due to a snowstorm five weeks earlier, but that was never communicated to me. They said they might have a car around 4 pm, which didn’t work since I needed to be on the road by 1 p.m. I was then placed on hold while they “looked into options” and waited over 30 minutes with no one returning to the call. Very frustrating experience. Accepting reservations without available vehicles and failing to notify customers in advance caused significant inconvenience.

  The efficiency, the professionalism of the team, the response, paid attention to details of my needs. Devin Yanney was amazing from start to finish of my rental and Jamilyah was amazing with the return of the vehicle. Thank you, also to Taylor for taking me back to the Auto Body Shop. Overall experience 10/10. Thank you!

  Not the best experience here. I needed to turn my rental into a one way between two branches that are in the same group and they flat out refused to let me and created a logistical nightmare for me. They also told me to bring it back with half a tank, which I did, but charged me for being a measly gallon short. Nevermind that you can't see the exact amount of gas in the tank on that vehicle.

  I recently came in to rent a car for a few days while my car was in the shop. I loved the car rented out to me. It was a white nissan sentra SR and was pretty brand new. My main reason for leaving this review is to highlight my return process. I was in such a hurry and did not fully check the car for all of my belongings before leaving. It was not until I got home that I noticed some things missing from my purse. I remembered my purse falling over in the rental car and I must not have grabbed everything. My heart was in my stomach because I was missing $100. I called the Clinton location where I left the vehicle and informed a gentleman of the situation. He told me the car was still there, no one had cleaned it yet and If I would like to come back to check for the missing items, I could. I told him I am on my way back now. I called back shortly after because I thought, I would hate to drive all the way back there and it is not there. I spoke with the same gentleman, Immanuel Wilson, who informed me he found the missing items and had them with him at the desk. When I arrived, I met with Immanuel and he returned the items to me, including the money found. What a very helpful and HONEST employee he is. You all should be very proud!! Thank you again, Immanuel!!
