  I am usually an avid customer of AutoZone and usually prefer them over Advanced Auto any day of the week, but that is NOT the case for this location. Walked in this morning to have a battery tested and replaced and waited over 30 minutes from the time of the battery to purchase until the install was complete. I can understand at times that things get a little busy at times and a wait is to be expected, but when you have at least 5 employees in the shop and less than 5 customers in the shop, it should NEVER take this long. Definitely has me thinking to avoid this location for future issues. Auto Zone, you need to do better....

  Octuber 28 2025 5.25 pm. A dark-skinned woman treated me racistly. Like when you look at a trash can. I was waiting for my receipt, and she treated me racistly. I was just trying to be nice.
