Great and fast service. Found the tiny nail causing the air loss and fixed the tire stem.

Good staff. Gave me an estimate for my tires and it beat the price of others. by far for the same tires. I was told it would take an hour and a half to change the tires and it took and hour and 20 min. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Mr. Tire location. Due to a sudden flat tire with no immediate alternatives available, I was forced to stop there as a last-minute option. In hindsight, I should have waited and sought out another shop, as my prior encounter at a Mr. Tire in Colorado—where technicians over-tightened lug nuts and damaged the wheel studs—should have served as a clear warning. Upon arrival, they informed me that only two tires were in stock and available for immediate installation, quoting $300 for the pair. This price struck me as excessively high compared to quotes I have received elsewhere for similar tires, but with limited options and the urgency of the situation, I reluctantly proceeded. The situation deteriorated further after the tire replacement. The technician returned with alarming news that all four brake pads and rotors required immediate replacement, insisting it had to be done that very day for safety reasons. Their quoted price for the full job exceeded $1,600, which seemed grossly inflated. I declined the immediate service and stated I would schedule an appointment for the following week if needed. Seeking a second opinion, I visited my regular trusted auto shop shortly afterward. The mechanic there was surprised by the recommendation and conducted his own inspection. He explained that the rear brakes were not due for replacement for at least another two months, and the front brakes remained in good condition and could reasonably last another six months or more. Moreover, their comprehensive quote for the necessary brake work was approximately $600 lower than the Mr. Tire proposal. This experience left me feeling pressured into unnecessary and overpriced repairs during a vulnerable moment. The initial tire service was acceptable, but the aggressive upselling of brakes—combined with the significant price discrepancy confirmed by an independent shop—raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity. I strongly advise other customers to obtain multiple opinions before committing to major repairs here, particularly when under time constraints. I will not return and regret not heeding my earlier instincts. If you want to burn money in your pocket and swallow big pills, Mr. Tire is your go-to!

Two months ago, I had a new tire installed on my daughter’s vehicle. Within fourteen days, the tire was completely flat. As an engineering student, my daughter inspected the wheel herself and identified that the leak was originating from the valve stem, a clear indication of a faulty installation. When she returned to the shop to address this, she was met with blatant condescension. Instead of addressing the technical failure, the staff dismissed her concerns because she is a woman. It was only after I personally intervened that the conversation moved forward, which is entirely unacceptable. In over thirty years of vehicle ownership and numerous tire purchases, I have never experienced a failure of this nature, nor have I encountered such a lack of professional pride. To make matters worse, the shop attempted to charge an additional 60 dollars to rectify their own initial installation error. This experience demonstrates a complete lack of ownership and accountability. Expecting a customer to pay twice for a single job that was performed incorrectly the first time is predatory. We will not be returning to this establishment, and I will be sure to share this experience with others in the community to ensure they are not subjected to the same treatment.
