- HTHenry Taylor3 days ago5.0Very oriented to quality customer service! Never a problem with their technical quality either. (1) Accessible and friendly scheduling. My last appointment was easy to make online. When changes were needed, dedicated front desk staff were relaxed as they aligned our schedules. (2) Four years ago the manufacturer's tires wow out too soon. Staff assessed our needs and guided us to a better and cheaper alternative for our electric car. The upfront cost has been well worth it! (3) Purchasing the lifetime tire rotation package is wise. We're never treated as "second class citizens" get honest evaluations, and it's kept us on the road almost a year beyond the tires warranty.

The guy at the desk charged my wife again another 107 saying they didn’t honor Giga tires install cost. Giga had a website where you order and then choose your installer, then you pay and they schedule your install. Still haven’t heard back from Mr Tire Clarksville on this.

- KKKathy KartakDec 1, 20251.0If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Came in to replace 2 rear tires with nails in each. Tires were replaced but put back on the rear. Seems like a knowledgeable tire shop would know to put the new tires on the front of a front wheel drive. Was charged for an alignment but don’t know how the alignment was accomplished with the new tires on the back. Receipt says TPMS kit was installed and checked. Left the store with the TPMS Indicator on. Brought the car in the next day to find the only tech who could work on the TPMS hadn’t shown up for work. Brought the car back a third time with instructions to rotate the tires and check all 4 TPMS and to rotate the tires. Charged for a third TPMS (older car, plausible that it needed replacing). Tires were NOT ROTATED!!! Waiting for that now.
