I was frustrated with McGaw Road's CS and had low expectations when I called Perry at Clarksville. Man did this young man impress me with his care, compotence and his overall professionalism. By a country mile, this was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. If I owned my own company, I would have tried to poach Perry. He's THAT good. Kudos to his Manager as well, Two Peas in a Pod. They represent the best case scenario in Customer Service.

They called me a few days before my pickup date to inform me that one of the two vehicles I had reserved was not available (premium SUV). However the second one - a minivan - was available. I asked them to definitely keep it and when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised that they gave me a 2025 Honda Odyssey (my all time favorite vehicle). It’s an excellent vehicle and great to drive. Awesome 👏🏽
