  We were given a time and received the confirmation text, as well as speaking with them the day before to confirm time. I took off work, as did my son to take it for inspection sign off once the windshield was replaced. Now the customer service line is saying there is no appointment and the work order was cancelled and no available appointments for today. I said that is unacceptable, we all took off work to take care of this TODAY. She said we needed to talk to the shop to get more information but of course I can't get through to the shop it's just a constant busy signal. Totally unacceptable service. Been calling the store since they opened at 8am for 3hrs and it's been busy. On top of it all, this is how I'm spending my birthday stressing about this when their is ZERO reason I should be being the appt was confirmed via text and a phone call. Called customer service line again and they couldn't get through to the shop either, because it's a constant busy signal... So they emailed the store manager. I am hoping I will be able to update this and say they made it right before the end of the day.

  The technician communicate with me about arrival time, the job time and what the process was. He was fast efficient and professional. Safelite took care of the insurance claim. It was a easy process. I would recommend satellite.

  The whole process was great. They even worked while it was approximately 30 degrees outside and with minimal space around the vehicle. (The recommended space was supposed to be 7’ on all sides. I didn’t have that and was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to install the windshield. Additionally, it was raining slightly so, if the space didn’t work out, I would have been out of luck). All in all it was a painless process from start to finish

  No one shows up. Second time in a week I’ve lost a full day of work. No one answers the phone. Was sent an invoice for over $600. Auto rescheduled me for another 3 days out while I’ll be at work. (Without asking or calling). How many weeks will it take to get a windshield? The only part of this experience that didn’t make me cry was the incredibly kind tech Tyler, who tried his hardest to get me in contact with a manager. Who never called back.

  The Churchville location of Safelite was great. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. I had to wait for my vehicle because I didn't have a ride, but the waiting room was quite accommodating to do some work. They have little portable tables for use to set up a laptop and I was able to get some work done while I waited. The service tech did a great job cleaning up after the work (there was glass on my dash when I brought it in and they cleaned that up for me without me having to ask). Overall great experience, I'll definitely use this location again in the future if needed. Thanks guys!
