Probably the best staff experience I’ve had as far as getting my vehicles fixed. They finished fixing my window within the hour, and cleaned the rest of my windows. I hope my windows don’t get broke again, but if they do I know where I’m going.

Never heard why, called customer service because speaking to the actual location is not possible, even customer service could not get anyone to answer phone or respond in any way

I used them to replace my windshield, and during the installation the technician, Karl, broke the water trap underneath my hood. He admitted the damage and told me Safelite would contact me to replace the broken part. No one ever contacted me. I have called Safelite multiple times. Every time I speak with an agent, they tell me they cannot get in touch with the shop and that they will email the shop about my issue and get back to me. I waited a full week after each call, and still no response. This has happened more than once. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with damage caused by their technician and then be ignored when trying to resolve it. Breaking something is one thing — but failing to follow up and take responsibility is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I would not recommend Safelite based on this experience.
