    I have been waiting to write this until the situation was dealt with. I purchased a wheel bearing here about 4 months ago. It went out 2 days before Christmas. I go in the night that it went out so I could do the warranty swap but when i get there to do this the MANAGER states that he cant find anywhere in the system that shows that i had purchased it and that it is probably under my speed perks account which he stated that he doesnt have the power to access that part of the system. So needing one that night I purchased a new one after he told me that I could bring the old one in the next day and get my money back from the warranty. The next day I arrive at 45 minutes prior to closing and tried to get the money back which is when I was told that he still couldn't get my money back because he had to have a different manager do it which he said would be there that day (lie). I called the middletown location and spoke with the manager there and he instructed me to just do a defect return. So not it is 3:50 and the closed at 4 so when I go back in I am met by the same manager (greg) who is raising his voice and telling me to leave and if I did not he would call the police. After me saying all i want is my money back so i can buy the last few Christmas presents and even agreeing to a store gift card he proceeded to call me an a*^hole and when I said really? Well I will be contacting corporate over your customer service his exact response was "call them I dont give a f*ck we dont have cameras". I have bought tons of stuff here before but I can say it will never happen again.
