- TSThomas Sperli6 days ago4.0All work was completed just fine. I would have given a five but when I purchased my tires two and a half years ago I purchased the comprehensive lifetime installation warranty package. It includes lifetime balancing alignment tire repair and tsp stands if necessary. I went in for a patch in my tire because I had a nail in it. It is covered under repairs. When I approached the first person I was informed that they don't sell that package anymore. I was confused I said but I purchased it and it should be honored. Eventually it was honored but there should have been no question. Otherwise I'll work with completed just fine and I will be in customer again.

My husband walked in and asked if they were able to help and they told him no, he would have to get all FOUR tires replaced. My husband told them “I have never heard of a place where they need to do that.” And the man behind the counter said “well look it up buddy since you know more than me.” We both are extremely disappointed with the poor attitude when we were having a crisis. If you need ONE tire obviously MR TIRE will not have a tire for you! 👍🏼
