These gentlemen worked past closing time to ensure my vehicle was finished. Matthew is always good for a lively conversation and Darnell is a very talented mechanic. If you need work you can trust completed on the island. Look no further!

I visited the store and was kindly taken care of much to my delight. He had to make some calls but found an exact replacement and had me come in as soon as it arrived. So competent and friendly. Thank you folks so much!

As soon as I got off the bridge, I pulled in & explained my issue. The gentleman inside said pull around back & I'll have a technician check the oil for you. He checked it & said it looks fine. I explained what was going on & that I was on my way home to ESVA & was worried about it coming on again. He was kind enough to add a quart of oil (@ no charge) & said that should get you home. I was very appreciative for his thoughtfulness considering it was just my mom (who has alzheimer's) & I & all I was trying to do was get home. Didn't get the names of the 2 gentleman who were working that afternoon but know that your good deed didn't go unnoticed. 🙂
- KBKatie BurkeNov 24, 20253.0I scheduled to get my oil changed and 4 new tires (mounted, balanced, and an alignment). It took 3 hours for these jobs to be completed. Then I was told my battery was about to die in my car and that it wouldn’t even read on their machine so they left my car running…and wanted me to buy a new one. I went to auto zone after to check my battery and it was perfectly fine which I already knew. They also tried to state I needed new breaks…. Moral of the story as a woman people will always try and get one over on you and it’s a damn shame.
