  I’m beyond impressed with the extraordinary service provided to me today from the staff at the Charlotte Hall Auto Zone. I had just picked up my Honda Accord from a service shop, where the battery had died from sitting for over a week and the shop gave me a jump start and I was on my way. I stopped at the Wawa in Charlotte Hall, turned the car off not thinking I shouldn’t have done that til I got home, but too late, car didn’t start again. I decided I’d give it a shot and call the nearby Autozone to see if they would come to me and install a new battery if I could purchase one over the phone—I buy all my auto batteries and windshield wipers from AutoZone and they always graciously install the parts, but thought this was a just not possible since not on their lot. But to my surprise, the super-nice woman Natasha said, after she spoke to her Manager, that they would do it! She got my information over the phone, I paid for the battery, and the Manager (Eric I believe) showed up at Wawa within 5 minutes, he told me he’d take care of it, to go inside Wawa to stay warm (it was freezing outside). He installed the new battery, tested it to confirm it had 100% power, tested the alternator, everything was good, and he put the battery on back of his truck for me to follow him to the store to return it to get core refund. I was beyond impressed with this extraordinary level of service. They were both very friendly and professional. Thank you AutoZone, I appreciate all of your services you continually provide to your customers, and I am thankful for your wonderful team at the Charlotte Hall store!

  This morning I had to add a little oil to my car. I did so at a convenience store across from Auto Zone and promptly dropped my oil cap into the engine compartment. It landed somewhere under the engine and I couldn’t see it. I went to the closest auto place and they looked for it , couldn’t find it and did not have one in stock. I went on to Auto Zone and was helped by Ryan E. He first came out in the 18 degree weather and looked for my cap. Couldn’t find it and unfortunately, it was not in stock. Instead of sending me on my way, he came back out in the cold, crawled under my car and knocked at the bottom. He said he could hear it and knew where it was but couldn’t reach it. He got out from under the car and looked again from the top. Not giving up, he crawled back under and next thing I knew, he was handing me the cap. I was so impressed with Ryan. He was kind and obviously very helpful. Well done Ryan and thanks for making my day!

  I went in today, 11-7-25 to buy a replacement battery for my car. The service provider (Sophia) was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store with the correct battery for my vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Thanks again.
