  Moe was absolutely fabulous! He truly works hard to have a satisfied customer, and had me in and out of the shop in under an hour for both oil change and brake fluid flushing. I was also able to book a last minute appointment online which was significantly helpful. Highly recommend to anyone!

  I called the store Sunday because tires I purchased less than a year ago had low tread. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and scheduled me to come in today. I go to the store today and the customer service was awful. The person in the store, identified himself as “Moe” was rude, condescending and spoke over me. He basically called me a liar, saying I didn’t call that location. My son gets my phone, goes to my call log from Sunday and calls the number.. of course the phone at the counter rings. He then said, we don’t have your tires here, go to Ellicott City.

  Great tire store with reasonable prices. Owned by Mavis, a huge tire company. I purchased a full set of Continental tires for my sport sedan. The price was reasonable and included lifetime rotation. The best part about the shop are the techs. I was promptly greeted for my appointment and the install took less than an hour. The tech that did my install knew his trade, and used a torque wrench on all my lugs. The waiting room could use a good cleaning and spruce up. The gentleman I assumed was the manager (not the gentleman that greeted me) only left his office once. Very happy with the tires and importantly the workmanship at the shop.
