However, recently this year, I could see the change in management at the dealership was trying to price gouge me for the unnecessary maintenance and ramping up the prices for repair work to total $1,400 where when I went to a local body shop near my job, they said those prices were outrageous and that I was better off going to a body shop outside of the dealership. I did my research and wanted a place close to home and found the Goodyear on Baltimore National Pike. I’ve come here twice and both times, the staff answered the phone courteously, gave me real time estimates on the timeframe for repairs and if they could order parts needed. The gentleman in the front desk area are very knowledgeable and kind. I have never, never seen people who are social with their customers, honest about what they can and can’t do and taking a hard look at the vehicles they get in the shop. I’d recommend coming here.
