I was skeptical 🤨 about choosing Auto body Evolution but I am so glad that I did. The receptionist was great and the auto technician, Dallas, fully explained options for my additional repairs outside what my insurance company was covering. I believe Nick and Dallas both worked on my car. I got my car repaired within 4 days which was quick! They have a lifetime warranty and they are one of Geico's certified body shop which I didn't know. They did a good job with my car. I will definitely come back to Autobody Evolution for some scratches that I have. Good shop

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m hoping that you read this review before taking your vehicle here. In 2019 opted to use this place which was suggested by my insurance company. I was thrilled about the idea of a lifetime warranty on the repair but believe me it doesn’t matter because the job never gets done correctly. Since 2019 I’ve had to come back several times. The initial repair to my trunk was so bad that it caused water damage. When scheduling a repair for the repairs communication was basically obsolete. I regret ever doing business here. I hope this review saves you some time as I sit waiting for the same repair from about 6 years ago to be done correctly.

They did an amazing job on the bumper of my truck, the color matched perfectly and it was ready when promised. The staff were all great to deal with.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with this autobody shop. Overall, the quality of the work itself was excellent—my truck truly looks and feels brand new after the repairs, and I was very pleased with the final result. From a customer service standpoint, the experience started off strong. Robert was helpful and professional during drop-off, and Evan was thorough and informative during pickup, making sure everything was explained clearly. Taylor at the front desk was also very professional and detailed in her communication. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with the other front desk associate, whose attitude was less welcoming. The biggest issue for me was the lack of communication toward the end of the process, which caused a major inconvenience. Up until the day before pickup, I was receiving regular text updates about my vehicle’s progress. I was even surprised to learn it appeared to be ready a week earlier than scheduled, especially considering the recent snow. To be safe, I called the day before pickup to confirm everything was truly on track. During that call, I was placed on hold while someone checked on the status. When she returned, I was told my truck was being reassembled at that moment and would be ready for pickup the following day (Friday). I confirmed their closing time (5 PM) and asked if a 4 PM pickup would be acceptable, which I was told was fine. Based on that information, I left work four hours early, spent $35 on an Uber during rush-hour traffic, and arrived before closing—only to be told my truck still needed calibration and a test drive and would not be ready until the next day. This was extremely frustrating, as I had rearranged my work schedule, spent money getting there, and then had to turn around and spend another $20 Uber ride to get home. To make matters worse, I had to cancel scheduled overtime the following day because I was told I needed to be available between 9 AM–12 PM to await a call for pickup. I lost out on a significant amount of money simply due to miscommunication. I am very understanding of delays—especially with weather conditions—and I would have been perfectly fine waiting if I had been informed. What upset me most was that once they realized my truck would not be ready, no one reached out to let me know, despite having my contact information and sending automated updates previously. While I am still leaving a positive review because the workmanship was excellent, the communication breakdown and inconvenience at the end of the process were disappointing. Better internal communication and proactive customer updates would greatly improve the overall experience

I felt like I came a dime a dozen with dealing with receptionist Taylor demeanor was inconsistent—hot and cold, and often dismissive . The original work that was done was wonderful, and the associate who assisted me communicated well and delivered a great outcome. However, the warranty process was terrible. I had to call constantly, and I never received any updates or call backs I had to call all the time I requested for Evan to call me back or even text me and I NEVER EVER heard from him . The experience with the warranty guarantee was truly awful! Despite your comment below I was never notified about any denial this is the 1st I am hearing and no contact was made at all please call me you have my number
