  Mr. Jones and the entire NTB family provided excellent service with a smile and very friendly customer service. The price was reasonable for tires and alignment service I highly recommend this location.

  Good morning, went to ntb on central Avenue because I had to get my vehicles aligned. The young lady Tanisha at the register was extremely helpful and patient with my needs. Very helpful 10 out of 10

  Tanisha at NTB provided excellent customer service during my visit. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the services my car needed without feeling pressured. The process was smooth, and she made the entire experience stress-free. It’s always nice to encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I would definitely recommend asking for Tanisha if you visit this location!

  I had a great experience at the NTB on Central Avenue today when I came in for an oil change. Tanisha at the front desk provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. She communicated clearly about the service and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It’s always appreciated when someone at the front desk sets a positive tone for the visit, and Tanisha definitely did that. Thank you for the great service!

  What an experience it has been to have service done to my vehicle at NTB. I originally went to get 4 new tires, and windshield wiper blades. Due to my limited budget, I declined in getting the rear wiper blade replaced. There was a 3 hour waiting time. I got the tires and front windshield blades, but apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere. A technician removed my wiper blades and also removed the rear blade. I didn't realize the rear blade was removed until later. I went back to get my lug nuts retorqued, and to have the rear wiper blade replaced. Again, I waited well over 2 hours only to learn that they didn't have the correct blade for my vehicle. The retorqing took maybe 5 minutes, and I killed over 2 hours for nearly nothing. Now Tanisha, at the front desk, was very good. However, I would not recommend NTB for any auto service, except for maybe an oil change.
