    Each and every time I go to the 7963 Central Ave location (MD), I feel like a valued customer! Always professional, friendly, and strives to quickly get me into a vehicle. I have used them for a couple of years, and will continue to use them for my short-term car rental needs. Side bar: one day I witnessed an Enterprise team member help a customer get the best service by helping him contact his insurance company to ensure he got the best deal based on his car insurance policy instead of coming out of his pockets for the rental - she went above and beyond! She was relentless in getting the necessary information from his insurance company even if that meant he had a little longer wait - amazing service!

    This place has the worst customer service I've ever been to the agents act like you should have went somewhere else. The only good thing is if you go why the men are running the desk you might get some kind of help
